"Shipping was just okay"
I ordered from stryd.com and the package did show up, but it took a little longer than I thought it would. The tracking was not very clear, so I was not always sure where things stood. The package arrived in good shape though, with no damage. Overall, it was not a bad experience, but I do wish the shipping updates had been better.

"Battery just keeps going"
Amazing. I’ve been using it without constantly worrying about charging, and the battery really does seem to last forever. So nice not having that charging stress all the time

"Still going strong after a ton of runs"
I’ve had mine for a little over a year now, it still feels like it did that first week. I’m using it 4 or 5 days a week, whether I’m out in the rain, splashing through mud, or just grinding it out on the treadmill.
The clip is still nice and tight, which surprised me a bit. The pod has been knocked around too, like clipped a curb once or twice and bounced around in my gym bag, but it hasn’t cracked or started acting weird.
I figured it might be a little more fragile, but nope, it’s been tough. No random battery problems, no fuss. It just keeps doing what it’s supposed to do, and that’s about all I can ask for

"They’re comfortable enough, so I’ll give them…"
They’re comfortable enough, so I’ll give them that, but the fit is kind of weird. I kept trying to adjust them and convince myself they just needed a little patience, which got annoying. Not terrible, just not as easy to wear as I expected.

"Easy to Charge and No Hassle"
My stryd pod charges up quickly, i barely have to think about it. The cable fits just fine, the battery lasts well, and overall it’s been super easy to deal with so far.

"Helpful at times, but a bit confusing"
The plans can be helpful sometimes, and I do like having a structure to follow, but the pacing advice feels a little confusing, in places. I found myself second-guessing what speed I should actually be going, which made it harder to stick with the plan.
"Pretty much what I expected"
I figured this would connect quickly, and it does, so that kind of confirmed what I was hoping for. It’s easy to get going and usually works fine, but it does drop the connection sometimes. i wasn’t too surprised by that since stuff like this always seems to have the occasional hiccup.

"The device itself is actually good…"
The device itself is actually good, which makes this even more frustrating. I wanted to like it, but the syncing is such a pain that I’m starting to regret the purchase. When it works, it’s fine, but getting it to sync reliably has been way more annoying than I expected.
"Solid little tool for consistent run data"
I’ve been using Stryd for a few months now, it’s been really consistent on all my runs. After a while, you just start to trust the numbers without second-guessing them. If you’re in the running community and like having reliable data to compare workouts over time, I’d definitely say it’s worth checking out

"Good when it syncs, annoying when it doesn’t"
It works with my Garmin and TrainingPeaks, which is great, but the syncing can be kind of fussy at times. I’ve definitely wasted more energy than I should have trying to get everything to update properly. I just wish more apps worked smoothly with it right out of the box instead of making me mess around with settings.

"I’ve been using Stryd for a…"
I’ve been using Stryd for a little while now, and the data screens have been super helpful. The graphs make it easy to spot when my power starts dropping or when I’m pushing too hard, if that makes sense. It’s not perfect since a few of the menus take some getting used to, but the visual data is clear and actually useful. It makes training feel a lot less like guessing

"I’ve been using Metrics for a…"
I’ve been using Metrics for a bit now, and my stride feels smoother than before. It’s not like some huge overnight thing, but I did notice my runs feeling more natural and less awkward. Happy with it so far, defintely worth trying

"Works Fine, But a Bit Pricey"
To be fair, it does what it’s supposed to do and I haven’t had any major issues with it. That said, I still feel like it’s a little overpriced for what you get.

"I got Stryd mostly to use with my…"
I got Stryd mostly to use with my Apple Watch, thinking it would be a seamless setup. it does work, so I can’t say it’s bad. But at the same time, I keep finding myself thinking, “Wait, why isn’t this syncing yet?” or “Did my run data actually go through?” Sometimes the data doesn’t show up right away after a run, which gets a little annoying. For the price, I guess I just expected it to feel smoother and more polished.

"Actually Worth the Money"
The subscription gives me stuff I actually use, and it doesn’t cost some ridiculous amount like a lot of other overpriced crap out there. Solid deal overall.

"Didn’t really help me"
I tried using it for a little while after I got it, hoping it would be more helpful over time, but after a few days I still wasn’t getting much use out of it. It might work better for someone else, but for me it just didn’t end up being very useful.

"Super easy setup"
I had my stryd up and running in about 10 minutes, which surprised me in the best way. The app made everything really clear, and it paired with my watch on the first try. I was expecting to have to fiddle with settings or troubleshoot something, but it was smooth from start to finish. Great first impression so far!

"I’ve been using Stryd for a few..."
I’ve been using Stryd for a few months now, the power numbers seem really consistent, even on hills where I’d usually be second-guessing myself. It’s helped me pace a lot better instead of constantly wondering if I’m going too hard or too easy. I wish I’d started using it sooner, to be honest, but better late than never, I guess

"I’ve been using my Stryd pod…"
I’ve been using my Stryd pod for a while now, and overall it’s been handy for keeping my pacing in check, especially on steady runs where I’m trying not to get carried away, which, happens more than I’d like to admit. Most of the time the numbers feel consistent and it connects without much fuss. That said, I’ve had a few random issues where it didn’t sync properly or the battery reading seemed a little weird. One time it even dropped connection in the middle of a workout, which was frustrating. Support was decent enough, but not exactly speedy. For the price, I was hoping it would feel a bit more reliable.

"Great pod, but the update circus gets old"
I actually like the pod when it’s doing its job, but the firmware updates are such a little drama factory. The last one took forever, then my runs started syncing weird for a few days like the whole thing had suddenly become Captain Confusion. Support was fine, not terrible, but for the price I expected more than the usual “Tech Gremlin, please wait” experience.
